Tom has been a pioneer in turn-key renovations since the late 2000's. Paving the way for others in the Detroit Shoreway area and now the Near West Side of Cleveland, OH. Tom is a lifelong resident of Cleveland and an investor. His skill and expertise set Turn-Key CLE apart.

Nick Virovec

President-Fischer Asset Management

Nick Virovec brings almost 20 years of experience to Fischer Asset Management. Having managed thousands of units in the Cleveland Metro. Nick has a passion for Cleveland and its undervalued real estate market. He brings decades of valuable property management experience to Turn-Key CLE.

Kevin Clark

President-Tom's Complete Construction

Kevin has been with TCC since the company began in 2013, and he is a highly skilled real estate construction expert. He began his career by renovating multi-family rental homes before soon transitioning to high-end renovations, mostly in the Ohio City, Gordon Square, and Battery Park neighborhoods. Kevin has turned 1000+ units in hundreds of investment properties. He has been instrumental in shaping the company's success and growth over the years.

Ryan has been a licensed Realtor® since 2016 and prides himself on his expertise in all areas of his field, including market conditions/trends, geographical areas, legalities, problem solving and negotiation skills. He is an annual multi-million dollar producer and has a proven record of successfully advising clients on the buying and selling of apartments, condominiums, single family residences, multi-family homes, and commercial properties throughout Ohio.
